The folks at The Big Honker Lodge were blessed to be able to share their passion for hunting and the outdoors with 4 kids who lost their fathers in combat overseas. The kids brought along a few loved ones to share the weekend dove hunting in West Texas and eating like royalty at the lodge. In addition to dove hunting, the kids were surprised with a once in a lifetime helicopter hog hunt, provided by Cedar Ridge Aviation, and each kid also walked away with tons of hunting products from some top notch sponsors.

Being able to give back in this tiny way led to this being one of the most rewarding weekends during the 2022-2023 hunting season at The Big Honker Lodge.
