Known Felon Tries to Steal From My Dad

When the criminals have more rights than their victims, how can regular people win?

Background: convicted felon and homeless person Jesse Perkins just one decided to move into a camper van parked on my father’s property. This happened at the beginning of June of this year. We’ve had to file eviction notices and notices to quit even though this person wasn’t really a tenant nor paid us any rent. I had to go to magistrates court, which I won, to try to finally get rid of this person.

When we arrived to our property yesterday, Perkins had four individuals helping him loading whatever they pleased from the main house and items in the yard. I called the police immediately. Which I’ve had to do at least a dozen times in the last month and a half yet they refuse to do anything to this person. It’s ludicrous.

My advice: don’t let anyone onto your property you don’t know nor extend them any kindness or you will end up in a situation like my father and I are now.
