The strongest candidate if an early election is called, and the liberals are nervous.

Whether he resigns - or is forced out - whether his choice or not, there seems to be a lot of talk of an early election. Which presents some interesting questions when you look at the state of play right now.
The country is in crisis and political interference questions have not been answered. Not even close.
