Always Surround Yourself with People Better than You

Warren Buffett famously said: "Always associate yourself with people who are better than you".
You are the average of the people you surround yourself with. It's something that is common sense but so many people don't grasp it. And the reason is that people are afraid to let go of who they are to become something that they could be. It is a very challenging experience, but what you don't realize is there's so much locked potential inside of what you could be. It's often said he who walks in a pack is because he's afraid, but that's not true. If you're walking with a pack of lions - you are a lion. If you are walking with a pack of dogs - you are a dog. Just walk with the right pack.
