Joesph McMoneagle is now known as the best operational remote viewer in the history of U.S.

Joseph McMoneagle is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer who was involved in remote viewing operations and experiments conducted by U.S. Army Intelligence and the Stanford Research Institute.
He was among the first personnel recruited for the classified program now known as the Stargate Project (1978–95) McMoneagle was also the Executive Director of IIA, Inc., and a communication was made to clarify many of the things brought to his attention over the past few days.
McMoneagle worked at Fort Meade doing remote viewing for Stargate, and he said that the project was approved on a year-to-year basis based on their performance.
