They are three ghosts who run a hotel for other ghosts and supernatural beings.
The episodes are all short - around 6 or 7 minutes in length - and this episode is called "Spooking The Spooks"
Seems as if it should be called "Spooking The Spook" - but the start caption shows an "s" after Spook - so I will leave it as that.
