Rescued dog doesn't like to give up her comfortable spots

This is Bella, she was found as a stray and we adopted her from our local shelter last year. She obviously had a rough life before she came home with us but is now a very happy and pampered dog. She loves to get comfy in bed or on the sofa but is not a huge fan of having to move when she's found a nice place to rest. Here is what happens when you try to get her to move.
