The SBU eliminated 3 new channels of escape of "evaders" abroad

The Security Service blocked 3 more schemes of illegal departure of citizens of conscription age outside of Ukraine. As a result of comprehensive measures in different regions of Ukraine, four organizers of illegal "trafficking" were detained.

Criminals regularly searched for people who wanted to flee abroad on the basis of forged documents.

Such "services" of the plot were estimated from 2.5 to 5 thousand dollars. The amount varied depending on the client's place of residence and the urgency of his departure to a foreign country.

🔹 Yes, in Kyiv:
counterintelligence officers of the SBU exposed a resident of the capital who offered potential conscripts to go abroad under the guise of volunteers.

Using his connections among representatives of local charitable foundations, the attacker entered "clients" into the Shlyah system as drivers of humanitarian cargo.

During the search at the suspect's residence, a police badge was found, which was considered lost. The attacker used it in illegal activities.

🔹 In Lviv Oblast:
a former lawyer who organized his own illegal migration channel was detained.

For money, he "guaranteed" conscripts an unhindered departure from Ukraine on the basis of a fake "certificate" of a member of a public organization that transports rubber aid.

🔹 In Rivne Oblast:
two more suspects were exposed. Dilki engaged in the fictitious employment of "evaders" as drivers for a local company engaged in international transportation to the countries of the European Union.

Currently, the organizers of criminal activity have been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine).

Investigations are ongoing for all the exposed facts to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and bring the guilty to justice. Perpetrators face up to 9 years with confiscation of property.

Comprehensive measures were carried out jointly with the National Police under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office.
