The Police Are Corporate Employees

Since their incorporation the Clearfield doctrine ( Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States 1943) has established that all Police Forces have become subject to the same laws as any other corporation. They are mealy employees of a corporate enterprise with no authority or jurisdiction.
