Hawaiian Mimosa Cocktail Recipe
2.5 oz prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine
1 oz Malibu rum
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz grenadine

Procedure:
To a champagne flute add the prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine, Malibu Rum, Pineapple juice and grenadine. The grenadine should be added slowly so that it sinks to the bottom to give the sunrise effect.
