Ingredients:
• 1 kg of Ribeye Cap Steak
• 50 g of butter
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 dessert spoon of salt
• Pepper
• Paprika
• 200 ml of milk
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour
• 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
• 100 g mozzarella cheese
Method:
Cut the meat into strips and chop the garlic.
Place the meat in a container, add the seasonings: salt, paprika, pepper, garlic, soy sauce and mustard. Mix well, and let rest for 30 minutes.
In a pan put the oil and butter. Fry the meat until browned.
In a frying pan, heat the milk, add the wheat flour, stir well to dissolve and thicken.
Gradually add the cheese, stirring constantly, until it melts, forming a not-too-dense cream.
Serve on separate plates, dipping the meat in cream, for eating.
