07.28.23: "Rookie Sheriff Turns a Simple Assist Motorist into a Full Blown Investigation!" | Bilbrey LIVE!

***CORRECTION***
* In the video, Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey mistakenly identifies the area in which this incident took place. In both his commentary and during a couple points in the video, Bilbrey says (or posts on screen) that they were, "westbound on Interstate 70, in Henry County, Indiana." In reality, the bus was heading south, on the westside of State Road 109... just off of Interstate 70! They were a couple hundred feet from the on-ramp to the westbound lanes of Interstate 70. The location of where they were... compared to where Bilbrey originally thought they were was less than a few thousand feet! Of course, all of this still took place in Henry County, Indiana. (SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION)! *

* This 58 minute & 11 second video shows footage taken by Police Body Camera during an incident on State Road 109, just off of Interstate 70, in Henry County, Indiana on Sunday, June 11th, 2023 at approximately 12:30p (Est).

00:00:00 ~ Intro! Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey explains the background story of the incident on the Police Body Cam.

00:13:39 ~ Shirley, Indiana Police Officer Roger Humphries activates his Body worn camera... while he is on the side of State Road 109, just off of Interstate 70, in Henry County... he walked up to a bus that, at the time, was "broke down". It was off the roadway, on the shoulder, way past the white fog line. Officer Humphries had already been out on this bus once, making sure they were ok... and everything did, in fact, check out ok! They had help on the way, and Officer Humphries told them he would check on them a few more times during the rest of his shift! (THIS FIRST ENCOUNTER IS NOT ON CAMERA!) However, he turns his camera on when he is back out with them, a 2nd time, because another officer had called out on the radio saying he would be checking on the bus. The other "Officer" happened to be the Elected Henry County, Indiana Sheriff, John M. Sproles. Sheriff Sproles is the man in the dress shirt and dress pants. (There are 2 other unknown Henry County Deputies on the scene, they are both in full uniform).
