Part 2 of the Repo-Man Attack at Walmart Saga- Internal Affairs Complaints & Criminal Charges Filed

On 8/4/2023 I meet with Lieutenant Don Barr whom is head of Internal Affairs at the Southaven MS Police Department to file internal affairs complaints on all responding officers except for one from the Incident occurring at the Walmart Parking lot on 8/3/2023. Then, afterwards, I sign criminal charges for assault on the repo-man
