CT Law Banning Child Vaccine Religious Exemptions Has Been Upheld by US 2nd Court of Appeals

In a 2 to 1 decision, the US Second Court of Appeals has ruled that a Connecticut law banning vaccine religious exemptions for children is constitutional. Which of course the two judges that ruled that it is are Democrat nominated judges. One of them even went so far as to claim that the law specifically targeting religious people shows absolutely “no trace” of hostility being directed at them.
