Tests of the Ukrainian tactical kayak "Poloz-M16" with a carrying capacity of 480 kilograms took place in the Kiev region. The kayak is equipped with a Ukrainian 40-mm (NATO standard) UAG-40 automatic grenade launcher with light recoil and a weight of 18 kg. According to the manufacturer: "For long-distance exits, the kayak is equipped with small stoves for cooking, special kettles, hammocks, a machete to cut a path through the reeds, a small tent. Therefore, the military can perform tasks on our kayak continuously for a week, two weeks, a month." The kayak's electric motor is also said to be "almost silent - quieter than the sound of paddling." The design is modular - you can pull out the electric motor and put the internal combustion engine.
