Oleksandr Badura stated about the lack of training and new equipment among the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Badura, the commanders were in the rear at a distance of about seven kilometers. Commands came from there, but as soon as the connection was lost, they did not know what to do, they did not understand anything.
