Wife laughs as man on anesthetic falls asleep mid chew

Paul has just had a little surgery and his loving wife brought him a sandwich. When he falls asleep in the middle of chewing she can't help but laugh. As he drifts off with his mouth full, she gives him a little poke to wake him up. Paul comes to and continues to chew, oblivious to the fact that he was sawing logs. Despite falling asleep, Paul does not lose his grip on his precious sandwich!
