Tribulation, Then Rapture - Matthew 24

In Matthew 24, Jesus describes the tribulation at the end of days, followed by the rapture, which takes place, "after the tribulation" (Matthew 24:29), when the Son of Man shall return in the clouds of heaven and send his angels to gather together the elect from the four winds.
