Info from Licensor: "I was eating dinner on a layover at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The woman in the video was extremely drunk and the bartender refused to serve her any more. She called someone on her cell phone to complain very loudly about the bartender, calling him every name in the book. She became irate and began screaming and crying causing a big seen and a crowd to gather. That's when security was called and they placed her in handcuffs as seen in the video."
