INSTANT KARMA: Suspect Who Almost Hit K9 Officer's Vehicle Gets Tracked Down by Police Dog, Arrested

A suspect who allegedly nearly struck a K9 officer's vehicle and then fled at over 100MPH was tracked down by his canine partner after spike strips disabled the suspect's vehicle in Florida on August 2.
