My dear friends,
A life time ago I earned the title of Executive Chef and this made me proud to hold such a prestigious title along names like Anthony Bourdain, Martin Yan and Julia Child. I will never be of their caliber but their influences overs the years has inspired this old Marine to write a cook book and tell my tale.
