Girls Twerking on Police Car

Occurred on March 4, 2017 / Rochester, New York, USA

Info from Licensor: "I was standing outside of a night club in Rochester NY and I was getting fresh air with my buddy. Three girls came to the door of the night club, but were denied because of dress code issues. The girls walked away and when they left the cop on duty next to the night club had his patrol car parked and was standing by. I heard one of the girls ask the officer " can we twerk on your car?!" which caught my attention and I immediately got my phone out to record. The officer said "Im not saying yes, and I'm not saying no. I'm just going to turn my back for a second". The officer walked from the front of his car off to the side walk and the girls went crazy and twerked all over his car."
