You keep hearing about whether Donald Trump will pardon himself. In Ga Brian Kemp will not be able to pardon Trump and he will come out to say that it is against the GA constitution. And the state parole board won’t be able to pardon until after a certain amount of time passes. They are all on TV talking about jury tampering, how many years he can get, how he can die in prison. In Atlanta, it would be the state of GA that would convict Trump and he would not be able to get a pardon.
Erick Erickson is having a never trump convention mid August. He has invited every presidential candidate and every establishment with a R. Brian Kemp gave them 100k to be a co-sponsor. When he comes out to tell the AJC that Fani Willis is abusing her power to indict Trump, that’s when we will believe that Kemp will support Trump.
