Young lion gives war hero a hug he'll never forget

Jim is a decorated WWII hero and a man with a profound love for all animals. He had never met a lion close up and he said he would love to touch one. His wish came true and more when this lion gave him a very warm greeting. The lion took to Jim immediately, licking his cheek and then wrapping its huge paws around him. It then lay down at his feet to enjoy a scratch behind the ears. Its behavior was extremely touching and it gave Jim an experience that he never forgot!
