MANAGER KAREN, DOESN'T LIKE JOURNALISTS (HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS)

Just out of curiosity I wondered how I would be treated at Holiday Inn Express, if not housing refugees. I found out the staff were very unfriendly towards me.
Holiday Inn Express (near Lichfield. Staffordshire). I forgot to mention they are recording all visitors on their CCTV, but go crazy if anyone else records. I'll have to remember for future videos.
