Upper body pull workout

Lat pull down - 4 sets 8-10 reps
Underhand lat pull down 3 sets 8-10 reps
Incline dumbbell row 4 sets 6-8 reps
Incline seated bicep curls 3 sets 10-12 reps
EZ bar bicep curls 3 sets 10-12 reps

Push to just before failure 1 RIR (Rep in reserve)
