It would appear that there are on going Back Room Deals to cover up the latest AIDS Failure! The sooner they give in gracefully and merge BBV and STI Industrial Complex into a one stop shop 21st Century the better for everyone.

Sacking a few lots of dead wood and cancelling the cocktail parties for the staff with no new ideas is also a great work yet to be completed.
