US cries foul over global hunger, ignoring its own role in food crisis

Russia has repeatedly said it is ready to resume the grain deal, but only after its demands are met, including the lifting of sanctions on Russian grain and fertilizer exports and ending restrictions on spare parts imports for agricultural machinery.

Moscow has also stated it sees no real actions from Western states that would help in resuming the deal.
