Who owns Blackrock?

If a company does not abide by the guidance on LGBT, Climate, Racism (they call it "social equity") such companies will loose points on the ESG index, it will have a harder time to get bank credit, attract investors, enter partnerships with other companies, governments etc. Blackrock says: "... excluding companies which do not meet certain environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related criteria.
