The Justice Department is urging Devon Archer, former business partner of Hunter Biden, to report to prison promptly as he faces a one-year sentence in a fraud case unrelated to the controversies surrounding the first son. The request from Manhattan federal prosecutors follows the Second Circuit Court of Appeals' recent affirmation of Archer's 2018 conviction on two felony charges related to a conspiracy to defraud a Native American tribe.

Despite challenging the conviction, Archer is now required to comply with the DOJ's request to begin his prison term.
