SACRAL Chakra 22min Singing Bowls Healing Meditation

Welcome to our sixth video in the Chakra Series.

We move to the Sacral Chakra. This chakra is located below the naval.
Take a minute and allow the sounds of the singing bowls calm your mind. As you follow the tones allow your mind to relax, take three deep breathes in and slowly three out. Focus on a Orange orb spinning like a top

This Chakra is associated with our kidneys and sex organs. We placed Buddha in a valley of Calla Lilies where spring has sprung. Now take a deep breath in and become aware of the life force in the air. Smell the flowers. Spring is natures manifestation season. Time to give birth to new life, new thoughts and let go of the past.
We hold emotional trauma in this chakra. So it is important to bring awareness of healing in the area.
Breath in one more time and then out. Allow new energy to enter your kidneys and sacral area. Let go of trauma and any emotional pain that does not serve you. Allow the energy of manifestation in your life to blossom. Let the healing and growth occur.
Steady your emotions. You go do this! Keep going.
