AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN THE ALK FOUNDATION AND THE EMI (Escuela Militar de Ingeniería)

Dr. h. c. Andreas L. Kalcker gave a conference about Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) to hundreds of Bolivian soldiers and he signed an agreement with the Bolivian Military School of Engineering (EMI) where they are already producing CDS.
