This Thursday, August 3, will be an exciting day for Hillsborough County Public Schools as district leaders break ground on a brand-new high school in the fast-growing area of Wimauma. School Board Members, Interim Superintendent Van Ayres, and district staff will be joined by the architect team from Harvard Jolly PBK and the construction management team from Beck/Envision to mark this momentous day. Still yet to be named, High School “UUU”, will be a state-of-the-art facility on an 87-acre site in southern Hillsborough County, designed to accommodate nearly 3,500 students. The property will also be home to an elementary and middle school in the future.
