Puffball is a member of the Ail-Mint family.
Puffball costs 150 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 2, 3, 7 and 10. )
When planted, Puffball will infect all zombies in three (3) columns.
When planted, Puffball will stun all zombies for 3 seconds. (+0.5 seconds at levels 2-7, +1 second at levels 8 and 9, +2 seconds at level 10.)
Infected zombies will take 50 damage per second. (+25 damage per level.)

The Good:
• Puffball stuns.
• Puffball's poison is stackable.
• This poison will not expire.
• This poison will ignore armor. Great for bucketheads, coneheads and brickhead type of zombies.
• Puffball will poison all zombies on three (3) columns, ⅓ of the entire lawn.

The Bad:
• Medusa zombies are immune to poison.
• Healer zombies are immune to poison and can cleanse zombies from poison.
• Puffball's recharge time is 20 seconds. (-1 second on levels 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10.)
• Zombies are still a threat while poisoned.

Commentary:
Puffball doesn't sound too good when you read the description. But when you actually play this plant, you realize how awesome this plant really is. Medusa zombies are few in number - rarely appearing in levels. Healer zombies are fragile and can only heal one zombie at a time. Puffball can easily handle a horde of zombies - even if there are a couple of healers in their midst.

High health zombies are the only real problem for Puffball. But then, high health zombies are a problem not unique to Puffball.

Bottom Line:
Get this plant and level it up. You won't be disappointed.

We do not get a preview of Penny's Pursuit before it is released. So what you see is what players get.

We also try to vary the strategies from week to week and showcasing different plants and strategies and ideas. Using the same strategy week after week would be boring to see.
