How to Make Vanilla Custard Sauce
Learn how to make a delicious and versatile Vanilla Custard Sauce that is perfect for serving with various desserts.
Ingredients:
2 2 Cups Whole Milk
5 5 Egg Yolks
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Heat Milk in a Saucepan Until It Simmers
2 Whisk Egg Yolks and Sugar in a Separate Bowl
Step 3: Slowly pour hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
Step 4: Pour the mixture back into the saucepan.
Cook the mixture until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Step 5: Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla extract.
And there you have it!
A delicious vanilla custard sauce perfect for any dessert.
