A video has gone viral of a Wisconsin teen reading a Bible in the park. It seems innocent and it makes you wonder why he would get arrested for reading a Bible passage. Well, as it turns out, he was reading the Bible in a public park where men were dressed like SKANKY women were gyrating in front of children.
