Hate Speech is Free Speech

Hate speech.

The issue is determining what hate speech is, who can make that determination?

Is making fun of bald people hate speech? And if we ban a word like the “K” word for Jews, can I call my Jewish homies the “K” word but all of the gentiles can’t.

If we lose free speech, we lose America.
