I've always found listening to nature to be a relaxing experience that allows me to better tap into a more serene state for meditation practice. What is even better is to have some soft string instrument playing to further relax my mind so I can enter the hemi-sync state for resonant tuning.

STEPS:
1 - Focus on the sound of the swirling leaves in the autumn wind through the gentle music
2 - Inhale good energy through the nose
3 - Exhale bad energy through the mouth
