RPG Maker MV whale codes - Se-j Yyayi-kaara Rözantróffa's Elemental Fields' duration reduction

Ayyy, been missin' the uploading of some of my getting dirty with codin' stuff :3. This time I am still working on one of my favorite ELF characters (both looks-wise and skillset wise) who goes by the name of "Se-j Yyayi-kaara Rözantróffa". Don't try too hard to pronounce it, so you don't fracture your tongue, however, if curious, her name can be translated as:
"Clumsy Lover of all Life Forms: Tunnel-visioned Catastrophy". She does have a goofy story, yet just a lil' will be presented in the game since it's really not that important, maybe just yet.

The character's name is a combination of the 2 possible translations it can have XD "Clumsy Lover of all Life Forms" for the first, and 2nd is what she ended up being nicknamed as "Tunnel-visioned Catastrophy".
