Judge clears way for Manhattan prosecutors to get Trump deposition in E. Jean Carroll case

Manhattan prosecutors can now seek materials from a civil case against former President Donald Trump for their criminal case against him. A federal judge in New York says Trump's deposition in the E. Jean Carroll case is not covered by a protective order, which clears the way for prosecutors to obtain the full video and related exhibits. Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records in New York.
