In the last decade of my career I have worked in Palliative Care, so this is heartbreaking for me.

I have naturally tried there, where when and however possible and appropriate, to make my patient's days as lighthearted as I could, but there is a Fine Line in-between Joking and mocking aka being disrespectful, inconsiderate or as in this case.. just cruel.

My Heart is Always with the Vulnerable, they are our blessing..our opportunity to redeem ourselves.

Patients are Not "content" or "commodities".
