How a service dog can help with POTS!

I have POTS (positional orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), and knowing when this is happening is not always something you’re aware of. For me, I’m hyper intuitive to what my body is doing and know the signs of an attack well. Others are not, and can be caught off guard by attacks. Perhaps it’s trial and error, and in time they’ll be more intuitive as well.

Regardless, what this dog has learned and his ability to help her is amazing and it gives me hope that POTS won’t always be such a debilitating disease.
