Here are the rules for the Elemental Clash Challenge in Pokémon Fire Red:

Team Composition: Your team can only consist of Fire and Electric type Pokémon. You must have at least one Pokémon of each type on your team.

No Duplicate Pokémon: Each Pokémon species on your team must be unique. You cannot have two Pokémon of the same species, even if they have different types.

No Legendary Pokémon: Legendary Pokémon are not allowed on your team. Stick to regular Pokémon species found in the game.

Gym Restrictions: When challenging gym leaders, you can only use Pokémon of the corresponding amount to the gym leader's. For example, when challenging Brock, the Pewter City Gym Leader, you can only use two Pokémon.

Battle Style: Set the battle style to "Set" instead of "Switch" in the options menu. This means that you won't be able to switch Pokémon after defeating an opponent's Pokémon unless they faint or you use an item.

Optional Level Cap: You can set a level cap for your team if you want to add an additional challenge. For example, you may decide that all your Pokémon must stay within a certain level range for each gym battle or major battle.

Optional Nuzlocke Rules: If you want an even more challenging experience, you can implement Nuzlocke rules such as permadeath (fainting Pokémon are considered dead and must be released) or the capture rule (you can only catch the first Pokémon encountered on each route).

Remember to have fun and embrace the unique strengths and weaknesses of your elemental team! Good luck on your Elemental Clash Challenge in Pokémon Fire Red!
