It is not often that you see such occasion where a lizard plays with a ball let alone act like a dog by trying to find a place to bury a ball. Who knew that bearded dragons actually liked balls and enjoyed playing with them. Here we have just the case where a bearded dragon has been rewarded by his owners with a ball which he has completely taken an interest and started rolling it around the room.

After a little while he has figured that it would be easier if he were to pick it up somehow and carry it instead of rolling it around. So, in the hype of all things he has found a way to sink his teeth into the rubber ball and starts carrying it around.

Bearded Dragons have a reputation for eating a LOT! They can eat you out of house and home as bug-hungry babies. But as they grow older, they need less protein for fueling rapid growth and more nutrient-packed bearded dragon vegetables for maintenance, which means that feeding them gets cheaper. This might be a little confusion due to the fact that this little guy thinks that that ball might be potential food.

Just as each bearded dragon has its own personality it will also have its own favorite and least favorite toys. So if one thing doesn’t work, try something else. It’s all part of the fun! This pet bearded dragon likes to carry the cat's toy around the house, only stopping to perform its hilarious digging ritual. Get that lizard some sand!

Lol he's not trying to bury it, he's trying to mate with it. Notice the head bobs and hip shaking. That's mounting behavior. Definitely not a digging ritual, bearded dragons don't have those. Also don't suggest they need some sand, sand kills bearded dragons.
