Everywhere Man #RedonRedGlasses Arguing with Police at Capitol near Risers

#RedonRedGlasses -- The Everywhere Man -- battles with police near the riser stands / seats at line of barricades and then reasons with police officers. We don't know if the man in the red jersey designated as #RedonRedGlasses is an ordinary patriot. We do know that he would be easy to identify for the FBI, but they say they have never identified him. They have never arrested him. The Government's reaction is very suspicious. We are not outing the man because he is already high profile but the FBI says they can't find him.
