A six-minute warm-up before an intense hitting session is essential for any serious hitter. A good warm-up routine should focus on preparing your body for the rigorous training session ahead, from dynamic stretching to light jogging. Start with some dynamic stretching to improve your range of motion and get your muscles warm and ready for your session. Then do some light jogging to get your heart rate up and your body moving. Follow that up with some side-shuffles, arm circles, and other dynamic movements to get your body ready for the intensity ahead. Finally, do some short sprints and practice your form on some light swings to get your body ready to hit hard. With this six-minute warm-up routine, you can get your body primed and ready for a great hitting session.
