Promotion Ceremony for New Rocket Force Commander and Political Commissar to the Rank of General

Today (July 31). #PLA #RocketForce Commander #WangHoubin (王厚斌) and Political Commissar #XuXisheng (徐西盛) were promoted to the rank of General.
However, they didn't seem to be happy. Coming from the #Navy and #AirForce to a specialized force like the Rocket Force, can their capabilities win over the troops? Does former Deputy Commander #WuGuohua's suicide leave them feeling disheartened?
