Volunteer rescuers evacuated residents from inundated apartment buildings on Thursday (August 3) in China’s Zhuozhou city, which has been hit by historical flooding in the wake of Typhoon Doksuri. Zhuozhou resident Tian told Reuters she had been unable to leave her home since Sunday (July 30).
