The tarot card collecting is strangely implemented. You can be driving along a street in Night City and suddenly hear the sound of Johnny appearing out of nowhere as you drive by a section of wall with a tarot card on it.

And you'd think there would be a more noticeable reward for finding the entire set, other than a trinket in your apartment.
