MY 3 BIG NEW ENTREPRENEUR MISTAKES AND WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THEM
I had a successful career spanning over 25 years, I have always had a ‘job’, you know that place where go to get stuff done, earn a living and of course where you have a ‘boss’. It doesn’t matter how high you climb up the corporate ladder there is always someone else you report to.

And then….I became an entrepreneur and this quote accurately depicts my early relationship with entrepreneurship.

“Anything you build on a large scale or with intense passion invites chaos”

After working my way up from the stock room floor to the boardroom table as a C-suite executive I thought how hard can this entrepreneur thing be. When I envisioned the change I just thought hey I won’t have to get up, get dressed and go into the office everyday and that sounded great to me.

Instead of working at the office I would be working at home…that would be easy.

If you are already an entrepreneur you are probably laughing at the innocence of my vision.

I underestimated the chaos that would become my day to day existence when I no longer got up and went to that job!
